Return Policy

There is no refunds/ returns on any accessories. This includes, bracelets, hats and bags. 

 **LiannasCollection is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped

Damaged items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery confirmation on your order.  Please email us at shopliannascollection@gmail.com and send pictures of any damage. 

Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.
